The Personnel Manager ©

The Personnel Manager © is a simple management tool designed to record and maintain records on your employees.

It is one of the required modules of Risk Master ©; it allows the HR Department to record and maintain the following records securely:

  • Employees name, address, telephone numbers, National insurance number, clock number, Department ID, Job Title and shift
  • Employment histories
  • Hey points, bonus schemes
  • Pension schemes
  • Training records
  • Salary histories
  • Health surveillance records
  • Accident Records
  • Sickness absence records
  • Warnings and entitlements

The system comes with a separate security system that allows control of access to each section of the Personnel System.

The Personnel Manager © is also designed to be used in a multi site environment, and it allows those with a group responsibility to check on progress at each sites from a single PC.
